Damaged hair & bond repair.

A treatment should be chosen for the problem your hair actually has. We assess condition first, then build a realistic plan using professional care from Joico, Olaplex and K18 where appropriate.

Condition-led care

Repair starts with knowing what changed.

Breakage, dryness, roughness, loss of elasticity and dullness can look similar—but they do not always need the same answer.

Heat, lightening, repeated colour, mechanical stress and day-to-day care all affect what will help. We look at the pattern of damage and your wider colour plan before recommending professional treatment and home care.

The goal is improvement you can feel and maintain—not an impossible promise to reverse every change.

Treatment is part of a better long-term decision—not a licence to keep over-processing.

Honest limitations

What treatment can—and cannot—do.

Professional treatment can improve strength, manageability, softness and the way vulnerable hair behaves.

It cannot make severely compromised hair untouched again. Where the best route includes removing damaged length, changing a chemical plan or waiting, we will explain that clearly.

Your hair’s integrity sets the pace.

Questions before you book

Hair repair FAQs.

Which treatment is best for my hair?
It depends on whether the main issue is weakness, dryness, surface damage, chemical stress or a combination. We assess before recommending a system.
Can treatment repair split ends?
Treatment can improve feel and reduce vulnerability, but a split end cannot be permanently fused back together. A cut may remain part of the plan.
Are bond builders included with colour?
Yes. Bond-building additives are included as standard within JamesB colour services.
Can I lighten damaged hair after treatment?
Possibly, but treatment alone does not guarantee that further lightening is safe. Condition, tests and the proposed technique still determine the answer.
