How to book?

All new clients must book their first appointment via our booking platform, the easiest way to book is via our APP, but you can always use our web based platform found here. We cannot accept any first booking appointments over the phone, via messenger platforms, or email. Please ensure you read our salon policies to understand our cancellation and amendment policy before booking.

Your first cut/styling booking.

If you’re looking to visit us for a haircut (scissor or barbering), styling, or other non-chemical service, then please select the category - Scissor Cutting, Machine Barbering, or Finishing, and then the relevant service to your current hair length.

Your first colour/chemical service with us.

All new colour clients must attend a consultation prior to any colouring services being booked. This is so we can complete an in-depth analysis of your current hair, and carry out allergy & incompatibility testing to ensure your desired services are suitable to you. Please do not book any colouring services until you have attended your consultation - your colourist can book with you at the consultation or guide you through what options to book if you wish to book yourself. Please expect to wait around 3-6 weeks from your consultation to your service, if you are expecting your colour to be complete for an important event please give yourself a 6-8 week time scale.

Who can I bring with me?

Friends & family -

If you wish to attend your appointment with someone as support or companionship during your appointment, please email ahead to arrange this. Unfortunately due to space & logistical reasons we cannot always accommodate a plus one at your appointment, however if this is important to you we will endeavour to achieve it.

Young People & Children – 

Unfortunately we do not offer services to anyone below the age of 16 (colour 18+). Due to the building layout not offering a clear line of sight and our insurance policy, we are unable to allow anybody under 16 into the salon with or without a guardian.

Support & Companion Animals -

We are a dog friendly business, but please be mindful that they are your responsibility at all times. We do not have onsite fouling facilities, but we have great local parks if required - please be mindful there are certain times you will be unable to leave the salon so keep this in mind when making any care arrangements. Please also be respectful that our other guests might not be as familiar with your companion as you.
